Mary Fran Alshouse
Mary Fran has been active for over 30 years in the planning and organization of various volunteer groups and activities. She is a member of the Minneapolis Woman's Club, having served two terms on their Board of Directors. She has also chaired an investment club, Leagueaires, a volunteer singing group, and her PEO chapter. In addition, she has been active in church, school and community event planning. Her interest in wedding coordination began early, when she was a teen, she worked for her neighbor, a caterer. She brings her experience and upbeat enthusiasm to wedding planning for Mother of the Bride clients.
She started college at St. Catherine's in St. Paul, on a music scholarship, played a piano concerto with the Minneapolis Symphony, and today uses her musical gifts to teach piano and sing with the music team at her church. Mary Fran graduated from the University of Minnesota, with a degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Music, and was a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority. She loves golf, gardening and does the bookkeeping for a small commercial Real Estate company. She is the mother of two (one married) and lives in the Wayzata area with ther husband and golden retriever.
