Abby Wilson
Abby Wilson has worked with Mother of the Bride in a variety of roles since it's inception in 1996. Her creative talents and organizational skills permit her to excel in the business world as well as the wedding industry. She particularly likes to assist clients and families who are near a "panic" mode, closer in to the date of their event. She has the ability to put their minds at ease, fill any any gaps in their vender services list and build an agenda for the festivities which often include an entire weekend. No detail is overlooked. The client and all who are involved can then enjoy the celebration and all the activities. She has a quiet, "behind the scenes", management style which adds to the enjoyment and eliminates the stress of the event.
Abby's flexibility and high expectations allow her to work professionally with venders as well as the bride and groom and their families. She is often referred to as an "extension" of their dreams for the perfect day.
Abby has worked full time in the insurance industry for 12 years where there is no tolerance for mistakes or oversights. This carries over to her responsibilities with Mother of the Bride where again, there are no "do-overs" for a wedding celebration.
She is a graduate of Winona State University and resides with her family in Chanhassen, Minnesota. She enjoys decorating her home, playing games and being a taxi driver for her two young daughters. Gatherings with her family and friends are at the top of her personal priority list and help keep her busy lifestyle in balance.
